An-Marie is a one of a kind in her field. I’ve experienced enough manual therapy so far to confidently say that her intuitive hands don’t just come with simple years of training. She addresses your whole  body literally from head to toe using Yamuna body rolling and reflexology.

She also gave me Yamuna ball self massages to practice at home.

I went in feeling stiff in my neck. After the session, my head felt like it was floating on top of my neck.

The shop is super neat and welcoming as well.

I highly recommend her to anyone who needs manual therapy.

I've had several sessions with An-Marie, including a full body massage and Yamuna facial rolling.

She has a background in reflexology, and you can definitely tell she knows what she's doing. The setting has a nice, relaxing ambience. An-Marie was friendly and always made sure I felt comfortable during the session.

The massage was wonderful-- she used an effective yet comfortable amount of pressure, and she had a knack for finding all the knots and tensed areas. I left 'walking on clouds.'

I'd never heard of Yamuna Body Rolling but it was extremely effective. In one session I could see a noticeable difference in my face: my eyes and brows were lifted, jawline more prominent, she even loosened my TMJ. I was really happy the results remained prominent for several weeks.

I'll definitely be going back!
